Founded and led by Frederick Bezuidenhout, a Toyota-trained transformation leader with over 25 years of experience, Velocity Green Lean brings hands-on leadership to every engagement. Frederick has held senior management roles in world-class organisations and has led improvement and transformation programmes across the UK, Europe, USA, Asia, and South Africa. His work spans operational performance, leadership routines, and building practical capability in teams.
